Technical Troubleshooting of Server & Network Issues 

  • GridSecurity tracks, responds to, and resolves IT/OT-related issues and requests, including but not limited to: troubleshooting hardware and software problems, remote telemetry issues, end-user password resets, and providing technical guidance to end-users.


  • Our network engineers are skilled in both legacy and next-generation firewall setup and management. We troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity including loss of connection, poor or unstable connections, and ISP-related issues for both cellular and hardwired circuits.


  • Our system engineers are skilled in IT/OT operations and can troubleshoot server-level issues related to Historian, HMI, and power plant controller systems.



  • GridSecurity supports the integration and configuration of new network configuration changes (e.g. IPsec VPN tunnels, data monitoring feeds, etc.) and system configuration changes (e.g. disk clean up, software installation, etc.) authorized by the facility owner (note: depending on the level of effort of the request, professional services may be required).
