Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation fee of $250 is charged prior to 2 weeks before event (Oct. 7, 2012 or before)
• No refund on cancellations after Oct. 7, 2012
• Substitution is subject to a $250 administrative fee
• In the event of a personal/family emergency, please contact Clasma Events
