Full-Stack Developer


📍 Remote

We’re looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer who’s excited to build secure, high-performing applications for the modern energy grid. You'll collaborate across teams and work on everything from elegant React front ends to robust FastAPI backends.


Responsibilities:

  • Front-End Development
  • Develop and maintain web applications using React for front-end development.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web accessibility standards.
  • Optimize front-end performance and loading times for speed and responsiveness.
  • Back-End Development
  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
  • Ensure robustness, security, and scalability of back-end services.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation best practices.
  • Develop integration points with external services and third-party APIs.
  • Optimize backend services and API performance for low latency and scalability.
  • Database and Infrastructure
  • Manage and optimize document-based databases using MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Configure and maintain Nginx for web server and reverse proxy purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor applications in staging and production environments.

Systems Administrator


 📍 Remote


We’re looking for an experienced System Administrator to help manage and scale our infrastructure, support security operations, and contribute to building a modern, secure grid. This role blends hands-on system engineering, automation, and client support in a fast-moving, agile environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Configure, administer, and monitor system infrastructure, including but not limited to: • Virtual infrastructure
  • Azure Infrastructure
  • Windows Administration
  • Linux Administration
  • Identity Provider infrastructure Integrations
  • Manage configurations and security baselines of servers and workstations
  • Track, evaluate, and implement security patches on production systems.
  • Support project initiatives, such as evaluating, deploying, configuring, and managing security operations technology that allows GridSecurity to operate in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Generate and maintain technical evidence to support compliance and contractual requirements.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and work directly with customers to resolve escalated operational issues, remediate security risks, and develop new solutions and capabilities.
  • Utilize current existing automation and orchestration toolsets for infrastructure management and monitoring, including but not limited to Ansible, Terraform, python, and APIs.
  • Assist the team building and documenting processes and procedures to manage the security services line of business.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.

Systems Onboarding Technician


📍 Remote


Join us to support onboarding operations by deploying new infrastructure, integrating tools and services, and improving system reliability and security. This role is critical to delivering smooth onboarding and ongoing support for our managed security services.


Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding operations including, but not limited to, deploying new infrastructure, integrating tools and services, and continually improving system reliability and security.
  • Support project initiatives, such as evaluating, deploying, configuring, and managing security operations technology that allows GridSecurity to operate in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Implement and monitor security controls GridSecurity is contractually responsible to manage on behalf of our customers.
  • Generate and maintain technical evidence to support compliance and contractual requirements.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and work directly with customers to resolve escalated operational issues, remediate security risks, and develop new solutions and capabilities.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and work directly with the Project Management team to complete deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Deploy, administer, and monitor system infrastructure, including but not limited to:
  • Virtual infrastructure (e.g. ESXi/VMware)
  • Windows Active Directory and supporting Identity Provider infrastructure (Okta and AAD experience preferred)
  • Manage configurations and security baselines of servers and workstations
  • Endpoint protection and other security monitoring technologies
  • Administer Microsoft GPOs
  • Track, evaluate, and implement security patches
  • Support, plan, and implement security patching for system infrastructure.
  • Assist the team building and documenting processes and procedures to manage the security services line of business.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
