Network Operations Engineer
As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, reliability, and security of client environments. This role monitors and responds to operational issues, implements and manages security controls, and supports the deployment and maintenance of network and security technologies. You will collaborate with customers to resolve escalated incidents, remediate security risks, and deliver new capabilities, while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Security Analyst
As the Security Analyst reporting to the Security Operations Manager, you will play a key role in protecting our clients by monitoring, investigating, and responding to security threats across their environments. You will work as part of our Security Operations Center (SOC) to analyze security alerts, investigate suspicious activity, respond to cybersecurity incidents, assess vulnerabilities, and provide actionable recommendations to reduce risk. You will also work directly with clients, clearly communicating security findings, response actions, and recommended next steps while helping ensure they receive a responsive and trusted security experience. Your technical curiosity, sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to remain effective during high-priority situations will be critical to protecting our clients and continuously strengthening GridSecurity’s managed security services.
Onboarding Engineer
As an Onboarding Engineer reporting to the Site Integration Manager, you will play a critical role in onboarding client environments into GridSecurity’s managed services by deploying, configuring, integrating, and validating both network and systems infrastructure.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring experience across both networking and systems administration. You’ll work across firewalls, switches, routing, virtualization, Windows and Linux servers, identity, endpoint security, backups, and other technologies to build secure, reliable, and supportable client environments.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build responsive user experiences, develop APIs and integrations, optimize application performance, and ensure secure, high-quality code delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.
