Onboarding Specialist
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of managed security services for our clients. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to configure, implement, and support secure network and system infrastructure while driving improvements in reliability, efficiency, and compliance.
Network Operations Engineer
As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, reliability, and security of client environments. This role monitors and responds to operational issues, implements and manages security controls, and supports the deployment and maintenance of network and security technologies. You will collaborate with customers to resolve escalated incidents, remediate security risks, and deliver new capabilities, while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Director of Onboarding & Integration
As the Director of Onboarding & Integration, you will be responsible for leading engineering and onboarding teams and shaping the technical direction that supports GridSecurity’s managed security services. You’ll focus on aligning engineering and onboarding priorities with company goals, guiding customer onboarding and integration efforts, and ensuring teams are set up to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions. Through strong cross-functional partnership and people leadership, you’ll help translate strategy into execution and drive meaningful, sustained impact for our customers and the business.
Systems Administrator
As the Systems Administrator, you will manage and secure infrastructure across client environments supported by GridSecurity’s Managed Security Services, including virtual infrastructure, Linux systems, Windows Active Directory, and identity platforms. You will implement system hardening, patch management, and endpoint security controls to maintain secure and reliable operations. You will also work directly with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, remediate security risks, and support ongoing security operations.
